Romano) Shortly after 9:30 a.m. this morning, sirens caught the attention of many as a parade of school buses escorted by emergency response vehicles traveled down US 30 in Whitley County. As has been tradition for many years, the bud loads of children are being escorted to the Mizpah Shrine Circus at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne. The circus continues through the weekend.
