Talk of the Town was originally founded in 2007 as a means of providing a reliable, continually updated site for positive news and events in Whitley County, Indiana. For more than 10 years, we focused on the news that highlights the greater aspects of our community.

After a brief hiatus, we’ve returned as THE HOOT and we’re here to provide fresh, uplifting, engaging news about the community. Now, more than ever, we need a news source dedicated to all things helpful, positive and thought-provoking.
