Here’s the current schedule for the remaining days of the 2024 Whitley County Old Settlers Days festivities in Columbia City.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19:

  • 5 p.m.-closing — Poor Jacks Amusements Midway, downtown
  • 8-9 p.m. — Music Entertainment (Oldies) “The Bulldogs,” south side of Courthouse Square

THURSDAY, JUNE 20:

  • 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. — Old Settlers’ Day Beef & Noodle Lunch, Grace Lutheran Church
  • 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. — Old Settlers’ Days Youngest, Oldest, Longest Citizens. Registration, W.C. Historical Museum
  • 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. — Plein Air Painting at the Whitley County Historical Museum with artists Doug Egolf & Jennifer Zartman Romano
  • 4 p.m. — Tie Day. Sponsored by Running Around Screen Printing, 227 W. Van Buren St.
  • 4-7 p.m. — Old Settlers’ Day Beef & Noodle Dinner, Grace Lutheran Church
  • 5-7 p.m. — Kiddie Tractor Pull – More Farm Stores, City Hall
  • 5 p.m.-closing — Poor Jacks Amusements Midway, downtown
  • 7:30 p.m. — Old Settlers’ Days Youngest, Oldest & Longest Citizens Awards, Courthouse
  • 8-9 p.m. — Music Entertainment (Indie/Pop) – “Attaboy,” south side of Courthouse Square. Sponsored by The Center!
  • 8-9 p.m. — Balloon Glow, Courthouse. Sponsored by NAPA.

FRIDAY, JUNE 21:

  • 5 p.m.-closing — Poor Jacks Amusements. Midway, downtown
  • 8 p.m. — Music Entertainment (90s Rock) “The GenXuals,” south side of Courthouse Square
  • 8-9 p.m. — Balloon Glow Alternative Date, Courthouse

SATURDAY , JUNE 22:

  • 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. — RC Racing, Corner of West Market & South Chauncey. Sponsored by BocaBearings and Blue Compass RV
  • Noon-5 p.m. — Cornhole Tournament – Doghouse Cornhole, Courthouse Square
  • 4-6 p.m. — W.C. Pork Producers – Sandwich Feed, Corner of Main St. & Van Buren
  • 5 p.m.-closing — Poor Jacks Amusements Midway, downtown
  • 8-10 p.m. — Music Entertainment (dance and country music) “Gunslinger,” south side of Courthouse Square

PARADE:
The American Legion Parade takes place at 6 p.m. this Saturday, June 22, along Main Street from North Street to Ellsworth Street.
