Much anticipated work is now underway to preserve the exterior of the Whitley County Historical Museum, the 1860s era home of US Vice President and Indiana Governor Thomas Riley Marshall. Crews will be extensively restoring and repairing the exterior of the building.
Tours in the Thomas Marshall home are temporarily suspended, however visitors are welcome to visit our Annex Building where an art exhibit featuring local artists of the past and present is currently on display. Additionally, the research center is open.
