Churubusco Public Library wants local residents to protect their eyes when it comes to the upcoming, highly-anticipated solar eclipse on the afternoon of April 8, 2024.
Beginning March 25, library officials say they will have a limited supply of ISO-certified eclipse ‘viewers’ available free of charge to the public — while supplies last. Additionally, the library is planning activities that day in conjunction with the eclipse. The activities are expected to begin around 2:15 p.m. on April 8.
