Figure skater Cayla Smith of Churubusco has made Turtle Town exceedingly proud!

Over the weekend, while competing at the 2024 Winter Youth Olympics in Gangneung, South Korea, Smith and her skating partner Jared McPike were awarded silver medals.

As a member of Team USA, 15-year-old Smith is a student at Churubusco High School and practices at Fort Wayne SportONE Parkview Fieldhouse in Fort Wayne.
