The City of Columbia City announced today that Waste Management, the city’s trash hauler, will pick up discarded Christmas trees for city residents on Monday, January 8.

Residents are asked to place their discarded tree near the curb on the evening of January 7 to ensure the tree is picked up the following day. All stands and decorations must be removed from the tree prior to setting it out at the curb.
