The Humane Society of Whitley County is hoping to find a home for one of their smallest furry friends – a guinea pig named Riko.

A tan female, Riko is quite the introvert and enjoys spending time by herself in her hut – something many of us can relate to!

The shelter staff believe she is two years-old and she’s in need of a new home with no small children. In fact, they’d prefer to find her a family where everyone is age 13 or older since Riko does not seem to be used to being handled – but if you manage to catch her, she likes the attention and loves treats.
