Eagle Scout Ty Pearce of Boy Scout Troop 84 recently created a used flag retirement box. The box is located inside the main entrance of City Hall in Columbia City and is available for flag disposal 24 hours a day.

Flags will be removed from the box periodically and disposed of properly.
